Booking terms
  • We reply with a written fixed price for up to 3 passengers. When you confirm it in WhatsApp / Viber / Email, this becomes the agreed final price for the full service.
  • Payment is made in cash immediately after the trip ends, directly to the driver.
  • Price includes car, driver, fuel, parking, tolls. Waiting time by the driver for any reason (sightseeing, shopping, stops, delays, waiting for return) is charged at 10 € per hour.
  • Night transfers or last-minute bookings (organized less than 6 hours before pick-up) are subject to a 15% surcharge.
  • Pick-up must start in Blagoevgrad (hotel / address / bus station). After that we can drive you to Sofia Airport, Thessaloniki Airport, Rila Monastery, Bansko, Melnik and more.
  • Short stops on the way are possible (ATM, shop, quick photo, etc.).
  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pick-up. For night / early-morning airport pickups we may ask a small deposit to secure the booking.
